Hmmm..KewlJ mentioned that Eastside Cannery is one of his favorite places to play, and Mrs. Croupier is certain to enjoy the beautiful interior courtyard at Sam's Town, extremely serene. On top of that, there is a mini-casino across the street from Eastside (it's either Longhorn or Bighorn, one of the two) at which you can Double-After-Hit, so you can essentially Double when you already have three cards, which is a fun twist. I would definitely suggest that game if you would like Mrs. Croupier to remain entertained at BJ longer, it's a fun rule variation.
